The controller of personal data is the provider identified in the Terms of Service.
What data we collect
- Account: email address, name (optional), password hash. The password is not stored in a form from which it can be recovered.
- Technical: IP address and browser information at login — for protection against unauthorized access.
- Usage: tracked pairs, trained models, virtual trades, number of requests per day.
- Payments: identifier with the payment provider. Card data does not pass through our servers and is not stored.
Why we process it
For the provision of the service (performance of a contract), for security and the prevention of abuse (legitimate interest), and for compliance with accounting obligations (legal obligation).
How long we keep it
Account data — for as long as the account exists. Login records — up to 7 days. Audit records — up to 12 months. Accounting documents — for the periods required by law.
Your rights
- access to the data we hold about you;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure — the "Delete account" button in the Account section irreversibly removes the account and the data associated with it;
- portability and objection to processing;
- lodging a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent out personal data. We share it only with the payment service provider (for processing payments) and with the email service provider (for sending account-related messages).
Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies: for maintaining the session and for protection against CSRF attacks. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
