1. What the service is
CryptoLab ("the Platform") is a software tool for the analysis of market data for crypto-assets. The Platform provides charts, technical indicators, statistical models, simulations of strategies over historical data ("backtest") and a virtual portfolio without real funds.
2. What the service is not
The Platform expressly does not:
- accept, hold, administer or transfer crypto-assets or monetary funds belonging to users;
- provide custody, exchange, execution, or reception and transmission of orders services;
- provide investment advice, personal recommendations or portfolio management;
- guarantee any return whatsoever.
The Provider is not a licensed crypto-asset service provider within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and does not carry out any activity requiring such a licence.
3. Nature of the model output
The numbers, probabilities and metrics displayed by the Platform are the result of statistical processing of publicly available historical data. They are information, not advice, a recommendation or a solicitation to trade. The user makes all decisions independently and at their own risk.
4. Account and access
The user is responsible for safeguarding their access credentials and for all actions carried out through their account. Two-factor authentication is recommended. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately change their password and notify the Provider.
Accounts may only be created by persons who have reached the age of 18. One person may use one account; sharing access with third parties is not permitted.
5. Subscription and payment
Access to paid features is for the period specified in the selected plan. Payments are processed by a third-party payment service provider. The Provider does not store payment card data.
A user who is a natural person has the right to withdraw from the contract within a 14-day period pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, unless they have begun using the service before that period expires and have given express consent to do so.
6. Accuracy of data
Market data comes from external sources (exchanges and public APIs). Some of it is unofficial and may stop working or change without notice. The Provider does not guarantee the continuity, completeness or accuracy of the data and is not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for lost profits, business losses or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the user over the preceding 12 months.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence.
8. Termination
The user may delete their account at any time from the Account section. The Provider may terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms, an attempt to circumvent restrictions, or actions that endanger the security of the service.
9. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies to matters not settled herein. Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
